“We want the owner to disentangle from the maintenance of his property”

Abdiel Peralta is the new administrator of Buenaventura Rentals & Property Management and he joins the team with a great goal: to be the mediator for residents so they can live worry free while their properties are still taken care of. 

“I was moved by the idea of being in a new position and from the beginning I visualized myself becoming that link between the owners and the company to generate that harmony that we all seek,” Abdiel recalls about the day he was told that he was officially the new administrator for Buenaventura Rentals & Property Management

Originally from Panama City, although he lives in Penonomé, this civil engineer with six years of experience in construction and three working specifically in real estate, guarantees he understands perfectly how property maintenance should be carried out.

As he mentions, “From that experience, I have had good interactions with clients and I have learned to get to know them to give them the response they expect, always supporting the best decisions made from my technical perspective.”

BVR: What are your impressions of Buenaventura?

AP: Buenaventura is beautiful and charming. The first impression is fabulous. From the perspective of the company, I see commercial growth for all the value it offers and for everything that is being managed. In addition, in the time that I have been here, I have been able to perceive that customer satisfaction is high and the service impeccable.

BVR: Tell us a little more about your day-to-day role

AP: I have multiple meetings with clients weekly, either face-to-face or virtual, to address different infrastructure issues. From my role, I meet with the contractors, notify the owners, coordinate the appointments and send the results to the clients. We have a quality standard for everything related to glassware, bathrooms and amenities. We always seek to keep the client’s property in optimal conditions. Through reporting, owners can be involved to the extent and amount they want. We always seek to provide the best service and speed of response.
