Rebeka Mendoza is the person who will best guide you through the reservation process and the one in charge of making your Buenaventura Rentals stay surpass all your expectations.
If you have made a reservation at Buenaventura Rentals, most likely at some point in the process you had a conversation with Rebeka either by chat or on the phone. She is the one in charge of guiding the guest with everything they need.
“From the first point of contact to inquire about a property, available dates, characteristics such as the number of beds or location, and even when they are here and want to know more about the amenities and how to reserve. We are always available to answer your questions”, comments the supervisor.
Rebeka provides the human component to the process that allows the future guest to be certain that the experience they will have in Buenaventura will be unforgettable. She is in charge of answering all concerns about renting and the experiences that can be enjoyed here. She also sends the instructions prior to your arrival and coordinates any additional requirements with the team. If necessary, she also helps to coordinate other needs to ensure the guest’s comfort.
“Most of the questions I receive are through WhatsApp once the guests arrive. For example: Where can I make a reservation for a restaurant? What is the number for the zoo? May I use the gym at the hotel? We have a ‘Welcome Kit’ with most of the information, but if our guest needs help, we are here to solve their inquiries,” she clarifies.
Rebeka smiles when we ask her for a story and does not hesitate to answer “checking my cell phone on Monday. Sundays are my days off and although I have an auto reply for all WhatsApp messages, they accumulate. Tuesday is when the whole dynamic starts over to assist those looking to rent a property through Buenaventura Rentals,” she mentioned.
