Customer Service Coordinator
Rebeka has been working at Buenaventura for almost a decade and is in charge of solving all the doubts and queries that our guests have. If there is something that she is passionate about is that this is the ideal space to apply and develop the skills and knowledge acquired over the time she has been in the tourism sector. As the customer service leader, she is always aware of the needs of our tenants, from choosing the ideal property to whether they need restaurant reservations. Rebeka is always at the service of our guests.
Customer Service Advisor
Like Rebeka, Karla has a decade of experience in customer service, where she confesses that she has learned how to handle all kinds of experiences. She came to Buenaventura Rentals a little less than a year ago and what she is most passionate about “is seeing how the client is satisfied with all the good attention she received during their stay and feels like coming back.” With that mindset, Karla has become an expert in all that is Buenaventura and she can guide you to events or amenities that can add value to your stay in Buenaventura.
Our administrator is a civil engineer who comes from the real estate sector. As he says, “100% management of construction and 100% customer service at the time of delivering the project units.” Already almost a year with us, Abdiel has dedicated himself to the timely resolution of each of the situations that have arisen in terms of the administration of the properties. It is he who is in charge of solving any problem that may arise in the property, and give a prompt response for the comfort of both guests and owners.
Marisela has been working with us for just over a year and appreciates the opportunity that Buenaventura Rentals gave her to grow. “What I am most passionate about is being able to help my other colleagues and that they know that they can count on me whenever they need me,” she said. Marisela highlights the culture of collaboration that exists in Rentals. Managing around 60 properties, we depend on the constant communication and shared responsibility of our entire team to provide the experience our clients deserve.
Another of the people with great experience in the project. With his 18 years working in Buenaventura, his great purpose is to be efficient in his work to maintain the good image of the company. From changing a light bulb to preventing a flood, Eric has accumulated a lot of experience specific to Buenaventura and helps us not only solve, but also prevent any issue that could cause discomfort during a stay.
Maricela is in charge of ensuring that her bed is in ‘hotel’ mode focused on ensuring that the apartments are always impeccable, a feature that our guests always like. Passionate about her work and making guests feel at home, she tells us that her favorite part of cleaning is making the beds. This is done with great attention to detail to provide the guest with the rest that they seeks during their vacation.
“I like everything I do in my job.” Tilcia joined the team more than a year ago and has been working on different beach projects for more than a decade. Tilcia is known for her attention to detail and her meticulousness. Her priority is not only that the property be clean, but that it feels clean for the guests who visit us and thus provide them with a pleasant experience. If they find towels folded like swans, they know that Tilcia provided the cleaning.
Like Tilcia and Maricela, she is meticulous about order and cleanliness taking care of every last detail so that guests can have a pleasant experience. In addition to the complete cleaning, Yaricel is always aware of any inconvenience that may exist in the property to ensure that it is resolved before the guests arrive. The well-being of our guests is her number one priority.
Gloria has been with us for over a decade. She has had different positions within Buenaventura and for four years she has worked in Rentals. Here she takes care that all the details are the same in all the properties. Plus, Gloria has always stood out for going the extra mile. From keeping the plants alive to accommodating everything for the arrival of the guest, Gloria always seeks to exceed the expectations of those who visit us.
Aura is in charge of ensuring that nothing is missing in each department. “I am passionate about preparing inventories to carry out good logistics and have everything our guests need ready.” When our guests request extras that are not in the apartment, such as additional towels, air fryer, hair dryer, it is Aura who ensures that the client receives everything they might need.
Elizabeth is in charge of making sure everything flows easily in Buenaventura Rentals. From administrative support in our office to handling payments to suppliers, Elizabeth is a key player in the Rentals coordination that allows us to generate the best possible return for our owners.
