Check-in is directly at the property you booked. One day before your stay you will receive an instruction manual where you will find the necessary guidelines to arrive independently to your apartment and the codes to enter. Our reservation agent will contact you 2 or 3 days before your reservation to request the necessary data of each of the guests and confirm the check-in information.
Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and check out is at 12:00 p.m.
Depending on availability, we offer early check in from 12:00 noon for an additional cost of $35.00. We also offer late check out at 4:00 pm for the additional cost of $35.00. We will confirm if there is availability to extend your time a few days before your reservation. You can always make use of the Buenaventura amenities while you wait and take advantage of the exclusive benefits you receive by being part of Buenaventura Rentals.
The kitchen has a paper towel, plastic garbage bags, sponge and dish soap, dishwasher (does not include the bar of soap). In addition, the property has bath towels for the capacity offered, and an additional two beach towels per apartment. In case you need additional ones, the pool areas provide towels but we also recommend bringing your own. The bathrooms have toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and bar soap.
Buenaventura Rentals clients have access to visitor parking, they are uncovered parking lots. Some parking lots are marked with the apartment number but in the case of the apartments located in Puntarena they are the ones marked “visit”.
Yes, but we request that all visits be reported in advance to the Buenaventura Rentals team to guarantee entry at the security point. We will request the information of all adults entering Buenaventura. If visitors stay overnight, a fee of $50 per additional person will be charged.
Bell service is not provided. The buildings have luggage carts in the elevator either on the ground floor or underground.
