Which properties are closest to the beach?

Buenaventura has a project for every taste, so if you enjoy having the waves so close you can hear them, we recommend staying in Puntarena or Marina Village.

Regardless of where you stay, by booking through Buenaventura Rentals you are granted access to Buenaventura’s two beach clubs, as well as Martini Beach where you can find food, beverages, and a  beach volleyball court.

How far are you from local area airports?

Tocumen International Airport (Panama City) – 90 miles (2 hours)

Marcos A. Gelabert International Airport (Panama City) – 79 miles (1 hour 50 minutes)
Scarlett Martínez International Airport (Río Hato) – 7 miles (10 minutes)

What amenities are there in Buenaventura?

At Buenaventura you can find the Marina (coming soon), an 18-hole Nicklaus Design Championship golf course, a spa, restaurants, bars, a nightclub, and a zoo. We also have the Buenaventura Sports Club, where you can find a semi-olympic pool, tennis courts, football field, basketball court, or padel court, contact us for further information on the prices of the basic and premium day passes, weekend pass or couples pass.

What if I have specific allergy or dietary needs?

Buenaventura Rentals’ properties feature full kitchens to aid in orchestrating meals around specific dietary or allergy needs. Our kitchens are cleaned thoroughly between reservations to ensure that you are placed in a safe area for food preparation.

If there are any special requests, please contact us ahead of time so we can do our best to accommodate your every need.

Do you allow pets?

Pets are allowed at specific properties and for an extra fee of $100 for the first pet and $50 for the additional. You might also be held responsible for charges if the common areas are found to be unusually dirty and the pets could be assumed to be responsible.

If you are interested in a specific property that is not labeled as pet-friendly, please contact us to make sure the pet is allowed in the property. Failure to abide by the restrictions of the property in question might result in additional fees, so please make sure to take that into consideration.

How many people can I bring with me to stay in my vacation rental property?

Buenaventura Rentals specifies the number of people that comfortably fit in the beds provided in the property. However, we do allow for additional persons for an extra charge of $50 per night.

Some properties have maid’s quarters that are not included in the total number of beds. We also have rollaway beds that can be requested for a small fee.

If your party is larger than the capacity listed in the website, please contact us at info@buenaventurarentals.com and we will gladly assist you with your accommodations.

For extra-large groups, please contact our administrative coordinator to arrange multiple condos within a single complex in close proximity.

What do I need to know about kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities?

Each vacation home features a complete kitchen and includes a full-sized refrigerator, cooking and eating utensils, a coffee maker, a microwave, a full-sized dishwasher, a stove and oven, a toaster. Each and every Buenaventura Rentals vacation property features a full-sized washer and dryer.

What about Internet access and cable television?

Buenaventura Rentals is proud to offer cable television and Wi-Fi in all of our properties.

Is a daily maid service available?

Each and every one of our properties is thoroughly cleaned and inspected prior to guests’ arrival. We ask that you keep the home’s cleanliness up to your personal standards during your stay as no additional cleanings are included in the price. If you find any issues with the cleaning, please let us know as soon as possible so we can fix any problems you may have.

Do your properties have air conditioning and water heaters?

All properties within the Buenaventura Rentals program feature central air conditioning systems and water heaters to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable vacation experience.
