All structural issues must be addressed, be it leaks or construction issues. We can gladly guide you on this. All appliances must also be maintained. In addition, we suggest having a set of bedding and tableware exclusively for the use of tenants. You can purchase this through Buenaventura Rentals and we can immediately replace it in the event of tenant damage.
At the end of each month, you will be receiving an account statement detailing each rental and the corresponding amount. In addition to that, we set up an initial inventory when the property enters the program that we update before each entry and after each individual exit.
